The Process: What to Expect


  1. Contact Us with any questions you might have
  2. Confirm your appointment on the phone or book your inspection online
  3. You will receive an inspection contract, including the Scope of Inspection
  4. The home inspection will take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the age and complexity of the property
  5. The inspection will conclude with a 20-30 minute verbal presentation, including key findings 
  6. Within 24 hours you will receive a comprehensive, electronic inspection report. 

Your participation in the last 30-60 minutes is encouraged:

  • Connect with the home inspector in person
  • Ask any questions you might have
  • Receive clarification on items of note or concern
  • Learn about safety times of the home, such as the location of the main water and gas shut-offs  

Unable to Attend? No problem. 

You will receive a phone call after the inspection detailing any key findings or points of concern.
